Stop posting about how sh-t cisco is. Its definitely sh-t but realizing many of my friends i graduated with in 2020 have been laid off offshored or replaced, some of my smartest friends that helped me with coding projects. There are tons of companies making the massive move to replace a lot of their employees with indians but it’s not working well. Sadly CEO’s meatride each other and do it anyway, even if it lowers quality and destroys culture.
You have to constantly look for a new job or side hustle or gig that you can leverage to pay your bills. It’s like ranked matchmaking just to find a job above 65,000 a year on linkedin mixed with gambling odds that your resume, even if it’s perfect get’s looked at.
Start applying for 5-10 minutes a day, practice interviewing and even if you decline a job offer its okay, keep yourself in the market in 2024
