Just wanted an update to see if head of retail and premier have quit, yet? Most under qualified important roles for the community bank. It’s embarrassing hearing them talk knowing they are leading thousands of teammates. Ron Dale is a waste of space as well with no idea how Premier operates. Just goes to show how incompetent Donta is.

The point is they keep promoting people and outside hiring people for all the wrong reasons. Whether it’s AR, KH, KD, DD and any number of other crony promotions or hires and the institution continues to suffer. It will be years before this dumpster fire will be extinguished and the BOD doesn’t seem to give a damn.
You can't honestly believe that KH's predecessor earned her role. AR was a weak leader that underperformed in every position she held, taking credit for the work of others. I didn't hear the same outrage energy when she was promoted.

Kimberly Harding added to operating council yet again she had zero performance. The entire market is not meeting every bucket of goal. This bank is a joke but hey we got another sister in leadership and that’s what matters.
