Thread regarding NCR Corp. layoffs

Atleos healthcare

Saw a message about reduced choices and no biometric credit for 2025.

Wonder how much more healthcare insurance is going to cost employees this year. Su-ks losing the $75 credit each pay period.

In the 25 years I spent at NCR they never aspired to be the best at anything in their product line or offerings much less best employee benefits. A little less than the middle of the road was always good enough for them. I wouldn't think or assume anything along those lines would improve now. If anything its going to get worse for y'all not better.

Totally worth it, though, if it frees up $ for our executive team and the 12 year old chief of staff to take junkets to Singapore and Serbia and then post them on LinkedIn. Great stewardship of shareholder resources.

Could be worse tho, at least we’re not Voyix.

Can anyone in any country report anything that Atleos or Voyix has done in the past 5 years that benefits the employee? I can’t think of anything? Guess just be happy if you still have a job?

It is cheaper to buy healthcare via the market.

Expect less from the company along with more deductions in your pay check each pay period. Company continues to take away every chance they get.
