Right person for the job. DEI and engineering doesn’t make sense. Just hire ,doest’t matter,… the right person. That is engineering. Pay each person, again doesn’t matter the right pay. It’s engineering. It’s not complicated. Yes that is why layoffs are coming. You give big stock options to the wrong person. You need to focus on the right person. It’s simple. Leave due to , not the right person policy.
