With all the talk of RTO and job cuts at the moment one question I have is.Across the business are any of tge boots on the ground actually making money?
I work in Ireland and the big talking point is how bad things are financially.
Everyone is way behind on targets and every single person seems to have thrown in the towel.
The mood is so poor it is actually unbearable.
On top of that and to add insult to injury we are actually due to start more grads in the coming weeks who will struggle for the foreseeable.
Its completley crazy.
Nothing and I mean nothing is selling.
Anyone hitting target?

I'm in North America. I am not going to give away where I am but we are now half way into the quarter and overall sales are tepid at best.

Was there anything confirmed on RTO? I’m currently a hybrid worker in Ireland but am hearing rumblings that everyone will need to RTO? Anyone know?
