Now that the word is out on the Tech restructure, it shows again that being a ruthless leader gets you promoted. The same goes for the people that are always complaining and talking sh-t about their boss when he’s not around, now so thankful to him for getting promoted. HR is so crazy. It’s not like Michelle’s team knows HR in the first place. Every leader has placed incompetent followers in key positions who have carried water for that leader with zero advancement to people and the organization culture. The few good ones who tried were cast out and have left the organization. Someone ask Michelle what did she do in India? A Bollywood like welcome and promising careers to the everyone she met? All this while Indians are discriminated against by most of EM SLT- mostly the Australians. Can we stop these useless travels and hires junior resources so some work can happen?

These bunch of inorganically grown, immature “leaders” are the ones ki-ling the company. Mr Pdr is a narcissist and mistreats employees so bad that we wonder how people like him can get hired in such a roles.

Oh, but at adidas even a P1 or M4 Project Manager can introduce Jira (what an achievement), and the people at Maersk had no clue what they were doing until he arrived!
But at adidas we do not need Project Managers anymore as per the latest reorg cause what do they know anyway? And why not make the experienced ones redundant but without paying any severance packages...
Meanwhile amazing "talented leaders" like Peter Pan from Portugal (now doing amazing things in Hr) or Phana from Uk / India in Cio Office are thriving. (if is a context where diversity matters Phana will insist she is from India, travels regularly there on personal and private business and pretends to be extra nice to all Indian colleagues. If it is a normal context she says she is British and does not have many connections with India unfortunately and makes puppy eyes. Oh and let"s not forget how she drops Pan"s Parnicle name every other phrase like they grew up together only to then suggest he is an alchoholic....).
And let's not forget how Phana who was such a supporter of women and such a friend to Pamantha Macobs now finally had the chance to take her out of adidas.
