At this point we gotta ask; Was it ever meant to succeed? Or Realistically did it ever have a chance to succeed?
Either way the leadership and management should be held directly responsible for making poor d-mby choices and decisions.
X86 market share in desktops and laptops will continue to decrease. Also more and more people using phones at home for email banking etc so no rush to replace your desktops and laptops at home.
Most companies will do their own functional testing in final product form as not to divulge competitive advantages.
You should make that into a powerpoint so they can understand it.
