A formal announcement will be circulated next week, but I wanted to give you a heads up that a decision has been made regarding Return-to-the-Office. Please share this with your teams as it is already announced in many departments.
- Details are still being finalized, so some items could change, but below is a brief summary of my understanding:
*Return week begins January 6, 2025
- 3 days will be required, and the required days will be Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week (things will come up like doctor’s appointments, repairman coming to the house, etc. that you may need to vary from these days occasionally, but absent the occasional item, we expect for everyone to be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays)
- Required if you live within a 50-mile radius of the Corporate Office
- Seating arrangements and equipment considerations will be determined at a later date (company equipment at home may need to come back, but those decisions have not been made yet)
- As before COVID, we will still have flexibility to work from home on snow days, sick kids...)
- Dress code will be “Dress for you day”…. Nice jeans are fine, but please use professional judgement
