It's gong to be the hunger games.
If you get pip'd and quit, just know you can file for unemployment! After a few questions expressing how your manager basically ignored you and didn't listen to your advice but then came back and claimed you need to be pip'd... the unemployment office will just give you unemployment because they recognize you were pushed out due to your 'incompatibility' with the manager....
