A group of sr directors, directors, principal engineers, and staff and senior staffs can’t play toys well in gsoc while think they self are president, those people should go, VV, WPW, ABE, etc.
We have too many people in process technology. They just receive the documents from foundry and distribute to engineering organizations. It is a simple task, too many people without operating fabs.
When management expects others to tolerate their toxic behavior due to their position, they should remember that former employees can just as easily expose their true character to the world. They often boast about influencing hiring decisions if someone falls on hard times, seeks employment, and crosses their path again—using this as leverage to keep us silent. But they should remind themselves that this power dynamic works both ways.
Definitely they should fire Santa Clara PEs. Useless.
They should seriously consider reducing the number of principal managers, directors, senior directors, and VPs in the Bay Area office, especially in the Wi-Fi division. These individuals often receive higher salaries, yet many seem more focused on internal politics than on driving results. Eliminating these positions could not only lead to significant cost savings in the short term but also help improve the company's culture over time.
"Engineering jobs, including senior roles, took the biggest hit in this workforce reduction."
"The cuts hit a number of management roles, including directors, five vice presidents of engineering and a vice president of technology."
