I believe in-person teams will not exist (over the long term).
AT&T same strategy, force employees into the office, employees leave voluntarily, reduce headcount, no severance.
That myopic view resulted in a loss of young talented workers and low morale in the workforce as a whole.
I believe in-person teams will outperform remote teams (over the long term)
