Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

If Intel leaders say they will absolutely not do something...

It means it will be done, and likely is already in motion. Pat said a few years ago he will absolutely not split foundry. Ann said earlier this year TD will absolutely not have layoffs. Pat said Intel will not miss anymore opportunities, and we missed AI bandwagon. any more y'all can think of?

If anyone really thought there would be no layoffs in IFS/TD, or that Intel wasn't going to spin off IFS after they established and published separate PnL should be fired on the spot. They are way too gullible, clueless about how dire the situation is (it's bad... really bad, like going bankrupt in five years bad), and don't have a micro gram of common sense.

I can say this... predicting the future is hard, very hard. If it was easy... Intel wouldn't be in the mess they are in today.

When someone is untrustworthy, it does not mean they will do the opposite of what they tell you. It means that you cannot take them at their word. From moment to moment, whether they keep their word is based on what works best for them.

They are all clowns. Given what has happened I have zero respect for them and their leadership. And really all of you shouldn’t either

Your word is your bond!
Money chasing corporate loosers never understand this basic principle.

When leadership says they won't do something, you're just misinterpreting what they're saying.
