LC communication out overnight

I can't believe how tone deaf the messaging has been. "This is a “team sport” where everyone plays an important role and collaboration, resilience, ability to embrace change, willingness to learn, openness to feedback, prioritizing tasks, creative thinking, communication are key". Thanks, but no thanks. If i am not impacted I am leaving this sinking ship. I think LC is worse than MM at this stage

overall the push for technical depth is good. We've had so many "engineers" who have not updated their skillsets here in CX. We need a real technical workforce in order to compete. Coding skills should be a requirement for everyone in a technical role. Also can we thin out the management layers? We don't need layers and layers of management.
