Idk, a ceo meeting w another ceo secretly in hotels and convincing him to sell bc of the need for more tech and then firing everyone and not doing anything he said…..seems like possible fraud. Anyone know a US atty or Charlotte DA?

Def seen fraud with smearing former employees for commission theft. The company enables managers.

You could almost define EL behavior at Trurust with fraud, but they are missing the deception part, their theft is not deceiving most of us, as they are doing it out in the open in front of us. .
