I have been reading about some theories surrounding the dismantling of Landmark, theories about a possible upcoming round of layoffs, departments anticipated to be affected, etc.
Has anyone heard/know CREDIBLE information about Landmark First? Legitimately curious as there is little information on this forum about it.
From what I gather in central outreach, LM first is doing the work of the care team. When we call to transfer there LM 1st answers. Outreach is now scheduling engaged members and those changes in itself are a circus. It seems like in meetings I am hearing buzzwords —optum way…but there is so much confusion going on with changes it seems like organized sabotage….throw so much at them to make them fail. We were told in ICT/IDT a few weeks ago that in 2026 we won’t be called Landmark anymore, we will be optum at home. So you will definitely have a new name, but have no info on the actual position.
No one is asking for someone to out anyone or share names. We know this is an anonymous forum. What is being asked is if there is credible information surrounding Landmark First, not Landmark (they are different). Hopefully that helps.
You want credible information? scroll back to the posts about Landmark's April and July cuts. Every position those posts said would be cut got cut on the exact date mentioned.
Nobody will come out and say who they are and what position they hold, because there is a reason this is an anonymous forum. Your leaders will only tell you what a valuable position you hold, how important the work is, and what a great job you're doing, until, well...
