I see people from Dell announcing their layoffs on linkedin almost every couple of days.
@iet+1uyHOk2Z they have the option to justify and request a relocation to fulfill any role if, a it is a big if, this practice is equitably applied for the role; however, to avoid that quagmire the likely scenario is creating more and more encumbrances so folks resign
