It's not over in those countries having more workforce protection laws. It's going to take months to impact there ....

No ; there are parts of the world that will still be waiting. It could be a day or two in some EMEA countries (Portugal, Spain for example), 2-4 weeks for the UK, or 2-3 months for France/Benelux/Germany. Not as familiar with APJC laws, but rest of world still has all of this ahead of them.
