It ain't over till the Lizard Lady signs. Since V2Momma is no longer with Cisco, can't really say "till the fat lady sings". Fat Lady's days at Cisco are over. She is now eating chicken

I've read some folks saying Canada will have more cuts throughout the week, is this true?

No ; there are parts of the world that will still be waiting. It could be a day or two in some EMEA countries (Portugal, Spain for example), 2-4 weeks for the UK, or 2-3 months for France/Benelux/Germany. Not as familiar with APJC laws, but rest of world still has all of this ahead of them.
