Wondering if or when the Execs make it mandatory to work from office 5 days/week. No one is happy about the Monday WFH loss obviously... and keeping the 9/80 option out as an option.

It's absolutely a weed-out tactic to reduce headcount. Much cheaper to get people to leave willingly than to pay severance. I support this as a shareholder, but the people who will leave are not the type of people that Williams will want to leave. The freeloaders will stay.
Due to the 5 mandatory days, people is looking for job outside of Williams
If that happens then I’m out, which is probably what they want. Most of us can already go elsewhere and make more money with only 3 days/week in office.
