Brother, intel cannot afford to give free coffee, soft drinks, bananas anymore. These benefits along side many (including gym classes/vitality) is going away. Do you seriously expect a reward?

Even if there is any reward, stock grants will be much lower and if lucky you will get less than 1% raise. Stock grants is lower since they need to get shareholders vote every 2 years which next cycle is 2025. Given current state they Won’t approve any.

I’m in Intel a long time and I remember a time when you paid for tea and coffee and fruit. When the profits are low the free stuff has to go. When Intel recovers these programs will return when they can’t afford pay raises.
