Folks in IT, our phone is going away in 2 weeks. If they need off hours support I guess there will not be a way to reach out. Don’t allow them to use your personal cell. Personal means personal and only for family.

I don't understand this mentality. You are staying at Intel even though all signs show that it is a disaster with a huge potential for more downside. They are cutting costs where ever possible but instead of trying to help, at minimal cost to you since you have the phone already, you would rather make it even more difficult for the failing company. Don't expect anyone to feel bad for you when you eventually lose your job and can't find another one for a long time. I hope you are prepared to cover yourself in a long period of unemployment. You should have already left...
If you are staying around for whatever reasons, you should consider making it easier for the company to succeed just for your own self preservation.
I already transferred mine - and I am now not using work email, emails or anything work related on it. This reduces my work responsiveness by about 70% - such cheap id--ts
