Why is ELT so quite?

You need to have the “Ball” not cancel calls one after the other! ;) till then the future is murky
Probably because no matter how they chop things up/reprioritise the workforce the forecast for Q4’24/Q1’25-Q2’25 probably doesn’t look that good.
The ELT was quite a long time ago. They're quiet now because it's the calm before the storm.
Because they still don't know what they're doing/going to do
