After long battle.

Some good news from canteen radio.those remaining after layoffs and currently not receiving equal pay of their peers will be reimbursed.they are attempting to offset cost by offering day work and saving shift allowance.nonetheless operator pay will be the same regardless of title.

The only way to achieve equal pay without back dating wages is to offer day shift to those on lower pay and let them keep shift allowance.
