I have a feeling that they set the deadline as end of September so that when layoff happens in October, no one has the opportunity to make true voice on true issues that matter. what do you thin?

Yes I think they intentionally made that the deadline – strategically. Layoffs will happen next week.
Layoffs will happen 10/1-3. Bookmark it
Lol. Give 5 stars across the board and get back to send out resumes...
Full RTO 5 days a week is what's coming next
Behave accordingly
Yes, I agree. People, layoffs are happening. And yes it will be the first week of October. So all of you thinking this is pot stirring, get ready - it's coming!
I don’t think CVS is that organized, honestly.
Hold engagement survey, do reorg/layoffs, share results after, blame bad results on poor inefficient org that we’ve since made changes to and proclaim things will be better..
Rinse and repeat.
I've been through the Aetna 2020 layoffs and the 2023 layoffs. Each time there was a CVS survey and a internal Aetna survey (after a Aetna townhall) and then bo-m layoffs notice hit. I do think management know before the surveys who is going or staying the surveys are not their only criteria of laying someone off. They also do a lot of surveys after the layoffs too. I wouldn't read too much into the corporate engagement bs.
I know a lot about surveys and think you have a valid point about timing.
I agree with previous poster. People are trying to read things that have nothing to do with layoffs. You are paranoid or trying to stir up drama. If someone has actual information no one will believe it now after all this dramatic BS.
you’re grasping for any bit of evidence. Give it a rest.
