Qualcomm has shifted from being a stable career to an insecure job. These days, everybody is expecting to be laid off at some point. It's the new normal.

If this is the case, this forum will become more and more vivid.
It's all part of their employee reduction plan. Creating a sense of job insecurity will motive employees to leave on their own, thus reducing the headcount automatically, and more importantly, saving money on the severance paid out. You see, the problem kinda resolves itself on it own...
