It appears that Nepotism is alive and well at Qualcomm.
Before I was laid-off on 12/13/24, once a co-worker told me to be very careful not to say anything bad about anybody, because there were family members working (employed) at Qualcomm.
Also, I witnessed my ex-Q boss' give her clicks and working pals (friends and those who shared the same cultural identity) the best projects and work assignments to help them stay viable. At the same time, I was only given work assignment that her pets refused to do.
CA thought at-will employment was not good enough, and then invented at-will advancement.
Heard brother has lot of patents on how to Program manage... efficiently. Need to be approved though... great going bros
