That is wishful thinking to hope the dead weight was dropped. The game most of them are playing, is to see how well they can kiss the a$$ above them, to keep the owner of that a$$ as satisfied as possible. Doing a good ki$$ing job, allows them to be useless and do virtually nothing at the expense of Cisco, its ethical workers, and its investors.

I'd love to see a list of directors and above that got hit.

My bet though, they kept the losers and terminated the good ones.

It's how Cisco rolls.

When you are hired a VP level, many times you have an employment contract; your employment doesn't work like everyone else. In most cases you can't just be LR'd. Contracts must, however, have a duration to be valid.

When will ELT be held accountable for years of bad decision making? Really sad that so many paid had to cover v2mammas tab today

Our VP got hit today, but they are absolutely brilliant and been holding the team together since day one. Huge loss to the company. Our team got decimated.

Why would they LR themselves? I’m going to change my title in workday to Vice President so I won’t ever get LRed.
