It goes out to the higher ups, then it's up to them call out their sub-managers to enforce, but I'm pretty sure when the push comes to shove, they will definitely use that data because they have nothing else on you. Most managers don't care about the work you are doing but about the paper trail mostly.

Instead of this management should look into and fix the bigger problem,at the EOD ppl who have tasks and good employees they do their part regardless being in ofc or home or follow up or micro management
