80 CPMs hired since last year and 35 CMs & 10 DPMs left in U.S. This shows the fate of many.

The CPMs are being touted as a resounding success. An internal e-mail has only praise for the CM replacements. As to whether that is true, I think everyone is skeptical. When Cengage spins everything that goes wrong as a positive, it's hard to believe anything they write.
Not sure what they are going to do. So many good people gone. Only toxic management left.
The CMs do so much work. Can't see India being able to work efficiently with the eastern and pacific time zones. Middle management and upper management have no idea how things run. They're too busy stealing their teams work, and climbing the corporate ladder on the delusions they sow.
