October 12th is a Saturday so I’m assuming no one is getting a notification on that day.
the post from @1ogg+1ux2ryWP should tell you what you need to know:
"Landmark, ISNP, IESNP, NaviHealth all planned both business and clinical teams."
That means cuts are planned, and the reality is this is a way to offset severance payouts from Q2 all at once.
If you were an April or July victim, remember what they told you? this is the first year of a 3-year MA funding cut and these RIFs are a ripple from that lack of funding.
V28 seems to suggest funding is going to get cut much deeper.
Can anyone give more insight to what depts within navi will be affected?
Anyone heard much about Landmark First?
Any idea what roles within Landmark may be affected?
Landmark, ISNP, IESNP, NaviHealth all planned both business and clinical teams.

What does ODE stand for?
Oct 12 notification is what someone affected has told us, more layoffs on 10/12. Optum Insight ODE has been completely dismantled and split between departments, management devastated.
October is always bloody since we have the q4 cuts and end of year cuts to deal with
