Hey folks. I am hearing rumours that the next round will be 1st of October. Has anyone heard anything on this? Can we get confirmation please

My thoughts are it probably correlates with revenue at that given time point. $66B = 60K folks, $100B = 100K folks. I would assume the formula is at least $1M/headcount
Supermicro who is in the same competitive “AI” hardware space as Dell is pushing $2M/headcount which might change things further. They are 5-days RTO company as well.
"likely a global trickle until until we're sub 100k"
After feb, aug and yesterday where does global headcount stand?
I really hope they pick me at this point. I’m so sick of working here. This company is trash

These are the next two:
October 14th (last day Oct 18)
November 11th (last day Nov 15)
Rest and vest.. comrades. No point fretting over something you can't control .
10/21 is next
If you work at Dell, Mondays are not your friend. (for many reasons, WFR included)
It’ll be a constant until FY ends. I believe weekly rounds.
creeping death until the end of the year now no doubt. Everyone will be looking over their shoulder. Morale & quality of work will suffer
"next round". It's literally every week, they just rotate what orgs/geos get hit.
You should be prepared to be let go at any given moment.
Good luck trying to actually do work when you are constantly in edge about possibly not having a job. Great management.
I’d heard 10/21 but you can basically assume it’s constant
