IRL 35% applied 13% ERP 2% VSP where excepted the other 20% of VSP where told today there application was rejected, told we were high performers and they couldn’t let us go, what a load of cr-p this hole thing was! 18 years waiting for that pay day to be rejected! I told him I bet you ye won’t have any of us down as high performers when it comes to next isights
