I just wanted to see if there is anyone expecting promotions and APB this year.
I expect the rewards cycle to be entirely skipped entirely this year.

The solution to meet there statement is to give the standard raises, then immediately to austerity by 5+%
They meet the letter of of their commitment to reward cycle and then spend no more or even less
Hate to say this, but by “conveniently” skipping APB, Intel also avoids paying out to all of the folks who are leaving as part of ERP/CPM/ISP as well…

People are losing their jobs and this poster is looking for a pay rise. You need a sense of reality. You may be sacked by Nov 15th
I would expect a pay cut and freeze as done in the early 80's as microprocessor demand tanked. Fab const was also halted then. God Bless.
Rewards for elt for sure. For the peons of course not.
But ELT stated rewards will be as usual, I'm sure they always make accurate projections, keep their word and never skimp on employees!

APB will miss on probably everything besides personal or One Intel. Tiny payout if they do keep it.
