What does the year end bonus look like at Broadcom? Just curious. I came over with VMware.

It's 150% of your 50% = 75%. So with corporate 60% and rank 1 you would get 135% of the base value.

So if corporate gives 60%, and you're rank 1, you get 90%?
Bonus is split 50/50 between corporate results and division results. Each side can pay 0 to 75% of bonus target, so theoretically we can get between 0% and 150% of the contractual bonus based on the grade. Furthermore there's a factor on your performance rank for the year. Rank 1 is 150%, Rank 2 is 100% and Rank 3 is 50%.
Broadcom corporate hits or exceeds targets usually, likely this year we'll see 55-60% from the corporate side, thus it depends on your division how it's doing.
Example: Corporate pays 55%, your division is bad so 25%. You are rank 2. Your bonus will be paid at 80% of your target.
