Cognizant is going through another round of redundancies, severely affecting corporate functions. Everything is shifting to India and the CEO only hires Indians, preferably from Infosys, turning a once great culture into an Indian sweatshop. If you’re based in Europe or the US, don’t bother applying, management has checked out.

- now I'm 1 of 5 people in the whole building.
I spent two years there getting paid below ability to support me and my son, we require very little. I finally got signed on at a livable wage where I could start saving a little. Now I'm 105 people and a whole building that gets to deal with layoffs. They're only laying off the salary people, not the hourly people all that waiting and loyalty for nothing.
try and stop buying chinese goods and your pay wil be just enough to buy little food to stay alive.
you want good quality stuff at low rates using dollar hegemony then it will come from china. same applies to software services....
No one can help cog ...itz doomed . All managers here still feel employees as slaves and colonization mindset .
USA is biggest market for chinese shops which we still dont have correct word to describe(sweatshop will be huge upgrade). similarly philipines, vietnam, bangladesh etc.
japan, south korea too exploit their people hard to satisfy american appetite....
LOL. Cognizant was always a sweatshop. And any company that hires them is more concerned about cost than quality. It's been that way since day 1.
