Must be imminent, would be great to see if the "old boys club" will finally get turfed or will nothing change yet again. One area of Shell where all of the senior leadership can be replaced and you are guaranteed a better outcome and fairer organisation, how this collection of renegades have been allowed to stay this long, let alone be promoted to their VP'ships - is nothing short of criminal.

Didn’t P&T reorg at the end of 2021? So that means 2025 they will be at it again!
Seems like all but PTP/D is doing a re-org.
You must have been out of office for a while. Re-orgs are happening in P&T for a while. Just like the rest of the organisation, it is done piece by piece.
