I am positive they are funded by Intel. Waste of time posting here. I am checking out and will never post here again.

This site has really opened my eyes by the type of employee Intel has. And it’s the complete opposite of how people internally perceive ourselves as. We are sc-mbags who like to pretend we are top tier professionals in semiconductor world. It’s sad and disturbing.
Yes, agree... posts deleted for no reason. Especially when they get personal about company metrics and internals
Nice try, HR. We’ve been posting here for more than a decade and aren’t going anywhere.
Start your own f1shbowl
You won't believe some of my posts that was deleted. I mean come on man, really. Delete posts talking about 10 top ways to make Intel employees cheer up. Plain stupid to delete that post. We need to find another site to communicate. I don't trust this site and the admin running this site. They also blocked my IP for posting a comment about Pat. If you guys know of other sites for us to communicate, we should post it here. Reddit would work too I guess. Let's do this.
Whoever's maintaining this site is incompetent. It doesn't accept new posts and the vote counters don't appear most of the time.
I've also had my IP blocked for posting information I know to be true, but It's pretty easy to get around that.
@ygd a lot more than that gets deleted. This site is heavily censored.
Admin is probably does not understand English very well and keep deleting, good or bad posts.
Why was the post regarding cheering up Intel employees deleted? That had nothing offensive, and it did not violate any of the rules listed. If someone comment was offensive you could have just deleted that post not the entire post.
There is a high correlation between site’s rules violation and post deletion.
In short:
- no PII (i.e. names, addresses, other personal info), - mentioning public figures such as c-suits is ok.
- no threats, no bullying others, no vulgarities;
- no derogatory speech (insults, racism, etc);
- no spamming and trolling;
- no political/religious/medical grunts or similad off-topics, that gets deleted instantly.
Other than that, pretty much anything flies.
(I’m not the OP, I just copied that from an old thread)
Terrible site. Don't post here. They delete anything and everything except useless posts.
“ Like any post that says the word “union.” ”
So just add this line:
“What do you think about organized labor unions and collective bargaining?”
to every posting?
It’s the HR department. They petition to take anything down they don’t like. And if they can’t they downvote it to he-l. Like any post that says the word “union.” They can’t have those removed. But they do have several members policing this board and checking for leaks and checking the temperature constantly. There are few topics they freak out over.
Off ya go child! Complain about immigrates somewhere else
Whats meaningful for you? Complaining about dems or republicans, immigrants or visas, race, naming names? You do realize there is hundreds of companies on layoff.com and now Intel owns it? My SO is with Dell, they have a thriving forum here as well - they too claim that Dell owns the site.
Than cause u spam and/or troll and they flagged u… they not fu--ing around
