I mean, this is a public forum, not something locked behind three VPNs and whatever nonsensical MFA. They are free to learn ( but they won't)
They don't need to analyze this board. They could just analyze all the complaints in their HR files. $5 says they won't do either.

I would be shocked if they did NOT analyze these threads. After all, current employees and prospective employees read it. It isn't just ex-Q commiserating.
Q can analyze what we have to say all they want. Maybe they'll learn something.

This is a good place for those affected by RIFs to get comfort and learn useful advice from the fellows. It’s also good for new hires to learn the Q survival advice which the toxic managers won’t tell them. Also, we wish unproductive managers to be laid off in place of productive engineers and some names have already popped up. To the monitoring Q team: Please take action on those names if you want to show your worth to Q.
