Thread regarding CVS layoffs

Bye Bye!

After 11 years in retail pharmacy, I’m thrilled to announce that I’ll be stepping away from the grind and embracing a new opportunity.

I’ve accepted a part-time position at a compounding pharmacy which means no vaccines, no controlled substances, and no drive-thru lines.

Yes, it’s a pay cut, but you don’t save and invest 60% of your income for over a decade for nothing.

This decision is about freedom and focusing on the things I love.

I’m excited to dedicate more energy to expanding my real estate portfolio, options selling and diving into new business ventures.

Here's to the next step 🍻

Congratulations!!!

Everyone reading this deserves to get out of CVS. Get away from this evil place.
Take care of what matters most. (you, your health and your family)
If you lose a few grand in pay, you will make it back with happiness and doing the things you enjoy.

You will find a better job that causes no anxiety, you will not dread the next day of work, and you will sleep again.

CVS is the absolute worst corporation you could ever possibly work.

Some compounding pharmacies still handle some controlled substances. But anyway, congrats.
