Thread regarding MasterCard Inc. layoffs

Don't join INCONTROL AND ICCP product at all cost

Don't join INCONTROL AND ICCP product at all cost . Trust me these products are the worst to work for at Mastercard. The managers they micro manage each and every minute of the work that you do. The managers are the worst that you will work for . Especially in Ireland and uk locations. The managers they ping you anytime during the day or night and expect an reply trust me there are around 200 employees working in this products and none of them are happy. You will regret joining this product. There is an SVP from AWS you has joined and as expected ruined the work culture

ICCP is an awful convoluted product

Dublin will only take care of their own

Stay far far away.

And suresh is out to fire as many as he can. He can’t do anything else but fire people

Cant believe someone finally posted this. The commercial org leadership, including the VP's, SVP, and managers, as well as some lead and principal developers, need to be replaced or removed from the company.. The work environment is extremely toxic and hazardous for colleagues, yet no action is being taken against the ineffective management.

The entire commercial product offering is junk and the employees pay the price. ICCP and incontrol is worse but expense management and analytics is not much better, but it does have slightly better management. 100% correct that the new AWS sc--wball is making things worse. I've never worked somewhere where so much time is spent on useless projects that either add no value and/or are only partially implemented or are just dropped. So much wasted time.
The biggest problem is the reliance on internally developed infrastructure that is excruciating to manage and at best is marginally stable and all of the bureaucracy that goes with it. Need to fix anything? Plan on 2 months to get out
