Anyone else wondering when we are going to see the specifics for the holiday seasonal staffing build. We had our staffing build for the holiday season in August or even July over the course of the last five years. This year, it looks like the only way stores are finding out staffing build is to check the weekly reporting. How are we supposed to have a training and on-boarding strategy if we don't know the seasonal build plan.

Ask your MBA. I work in fulfillment. Our MBA said we have 3 holiday jobs. The is much lower than last year. This year’s holiday staffing number in fulfillment is similar to the non holiday staffing when I started in 2020. Not sure what’s happening, other than there are very few people working.

I think you should be directly asking your partners such as your store manager, district vp, staffing etc that question before asking people on layoff.com.
Probably going to end up with less seasonals TY. LY they wanted 25+ people for fulfillment in my store. Ended up with 15ish which was too many
