DAS and small cell department now using contractors for everything we’re spending 10 times the amount of money we did with our own internal operations Techs. is Fiber purposely trying to ki-l small cell by forcing us to use this “contractor model” we are losing venues at a alarming rate and no one seems to care it’s like upper management is asleep at the wheel…please explain to me how this “model” is profitable

The reason D-mb Cell got lumped in with Fiber is because Tower didn't want them to see how much they got paid for doing even less than D-mb Cell.
How about you stop blaming everything on fiber. Every strand is $$$. They dont blow their budget on a single small cell with just one carrier. Enterprise business should have never been merged with small cell. That is a sht show and great model for business for sure! Depend on the mighty 5 no wait!, 4 no, now 3 major companies. Awsome! Enterprise has hundreds customers. One leaves and it doesnt cause a layoff! Cough.....
Venues keep small cell extremely profitable, towers is profitable, the issu is fiber and the bad small cell contracts they canceled.
CCI isn’t many money they are bleeding, business is in a nose dive. Has anyone ever tried to figure out what our so called Sales Team does, it’s obvious they aren’t selling services.
Fiber has been pulling small cell down since they merged. Small is profitable. It stopped working when it got rolled into network and under light tower management and KR.
Crown should have Pulled Out
Sorry but fiber and small cell are NOT the same they should NOT have EVER been clumped together. Now fiber is running small cell right into the ground. Das/Venue/small cell Was very profitable until fiber came along.
It’s not profitable. Crown is just buying time until small cell and fiber is sold.
