Ann may be better than Sohail in some respects but she certainly owns the mess we are in right now. TD should not have signed up for a lot of the extraneous stuff. Spread us way too thin.
A few people in Ann's staff are very bad. They are from Ann's party, though they do not quality to manage TD. It is great to change and improve the management layer, or cut 1 to 2 levels of useless managers.
Who will possibly replace her? Choon?
That’s the latest rumor going on in TD.
I would be surprised and saddened. She is actually one of the few good ones amongst a sea of terrible managers.
However, there a few people that report to her I am sure at least one or two of them will be gone.
