Do you get 3% per year? Every other year? 5%? More or less? And what's your position?
I'm an engineer being paid below market rate who did not get a raise, but I'm too new to know if that's normal.

The standard cost of living increase or raise can vary depending on the company and industry. Generally, cost of living adjustments (COLAs) are made to keep up with inflation and ensure that employees' salaries maintain their purchasing power. In the UK, employers are required by law to pay the National Living Wage (NLW) to all employees aged over 23.
Typically, COLAs range from 2% to 5% annually, but this can vary based on factors such as company performance, industry standards, and regional cost of living differences. It's a good idea to check with your HR department or refer to your employment contract for specific details about raises and adjustments at your company.
Ok boss smoke Crack much 25 cents maybe lol
O how true $1 raise in 5 years lol and according to nov that's too much lol. Give what you get. Most of the managers are stealing from the company . Tooling etc even ppe
Probably around 25 percent per year.
The only way to make real money is with title charges. Each time you see an organization announcement, expect everyone listed to be getting 15% or more.
Not sure why you took a job that pays below market rate. Cost of living raises are normally 3% just it all depends on how good or bad businesses is.
Oh don`t expect to get one every year. Maybe once every 3 years. NOV will always be paying under market value.
I was told when I started that you are trained at NOV, but when you decide you want to make good money you go somewhere else.
It will always be the minimum if you get anything at all. Sometimes they go years with none at all.
