Constant hiring. More hired than laid off?

We have had three hires in my department in the past month. However, they are all contractors. No FTE's.
@hji+1uuSTTxt Aai applied to many roles within Citi during the non-working notice and even after. Outside of Citi Im about 2000 job applications in. Ive had about 10 interviews from those 2000 jobs.
Employment is going down with average rate of 1000 people per month
Not sure what happened in bmx but it can be estimated for another 13 to 15 to go excluding bmx

Yup makes you wonder how much this company cares about its employees. So many opportunities available and not one was offered to me when I was let go in September. It’s been a year since I was laid off and still haven’t been able to land a job. Thank God Ive been able to manage financially but soon Ill be underwater. To everyone who reads this use your sick days use your vacation put yourself first Citi will get rid of you and not care.
