Moderna cutting back and the albatross of an acquisition at plus 10x forward earnings plus loss of key LT seems to be more than headwinds. How much trouble are we in here? Dollar general of analytical tools type trouble?

Weeks in advance:the end game. Management has more meetings with Finance and HR than usual. They are involved in most layoff discussions and usually have insight before other departments. Your boss may go to meetings and declines to talk about it.
