Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Tons of HR folks have VSP’d - who’s gonna turn off the lights ?

So - hearing from well placed sources that as they are working through the VSP/ERP process there are loads of HR folks , at all levels that are leaving - that’s says it all - they need to people upside , just more pain and more layoffs - this isn’t why they chose HR as a profession so are leaving in disgust ….

Fascinating ; but who will be left to process all the ISP’s ! And then close the doors and turn off the lights ?

One of the most overpaid positions in any company, and produce next to nothing.

HR included "benchmarking" CPO is one useless organization at Intel. I had more questions answered here or through Co workers than them. IT and HR should be cut 75 percent and no one would notice

Dont count on those HR id--ts to get anything right, not even switching off lights.

That's a task the Facility folks eg. Cleaning crew can be counted on to taje care.

Mass exodus of HR is a sign that things could get worse. Not near the bottom.

Some HR people are Catbert but some HR people are in HR because they care about a company’s people relations

Guess who’s going to be left
