Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Intel management has BPD

NM site went in a month from “no VSP this site” to “we need to hit ISP targets”

That’s classic BPD splitting and it’s a very sick way to do relationships

That site should have been shutdown years ago. Now can be sold off to a packaging company as a separate transaction with the headcount.

NM site is the Intel poster child for the DEI losers. These damn mouth breathers can’t go a week without f#%@ing something up. They’ve had to rebuild the fab9 dock twice because the CW illegals can’t understand the language and don’t give a s$&t about the quality of their work. No skills whatsoever. One example of many FUBARS . Yeah, I agree it’s time to send advanced packaging to Arizona or Ohio and shut down the NM site.

They should have closed that site a while back.

In people it's BPD - in companies it's business, unfortunately. Probably a lack of foresight.

It was a very obvious strategy. They can afford the VSP packages so go ISP which are basically no cost

The NM site full of lazy, brain-dead MT's. If they offer VSP, they risk losing the few good ones over the brain-dead.

Learning procedures within shittel is not a transferable skill.

Very annoying.

Cost savings - isp no packages

You don’t have any transferable skills anyway. Intel is the only place that keeps talentless hacks for political purposes. What would a rcg learn from a politician with no patents that’s been at Intel for over a decade?
