18 months with General Mills and I have not used a single sick day and worked so many late nights for this company to be told NOW I will be phased out!

I feel the "be no 1 in market" mindset from the senior leaders is a gimmick for the stock price. No one at VP or higher has any ambition besides stock returns and stock price increases. Their words about focusing on standards, placing value in our people and leaders is shallow. That gimmick is the reason they are selling yogurt. We are unwilling to invest enough to be no 1 so we're selling the ball and going home.
