Change or die

We are probably need to die for him...

"You must change or die. There are only the quick and the dead. Organizations need to constantly reimagine themselves, understanding and anticipating all the factors, including and especially technology, that will impact them in the future."

So insensitive considering what happened in the RR parking lot last year. Someone actually died… really “nice,” MSD.

All change isn't good. Lots of stock prices have dropped 70% from what conceptually was supposed to be nnovative change

I've been having a lot of discussions lately about "change". This message has been preached to us a few times now, including some of the new AI stuff the sales teams have seen. But, here's the flip side. The company isn't doing a great job of helping employees adapt to the change. Communication and transparency, even some of the how's and why's of the strategy are completely unknown to us. Its not simply "adapting" to change - they're not helping us to be in positions to adapt. When you flip entire territories, completely turn over account teams, and then take 5-6 weeks AFTER the quarter begins to communicate those alignments and get quotas/number right, you're not helping people deal with change. You're creating chaos.

Change needs to come from the top down.
Your exec team, including yourself, are dated and with no ideas.
You are no longer a rain-maker.Follow your own advice and self-replace.
