The Shell health physicians are letter grade (several globally) with all of them at least jg2. With the clinics closed and transactional duties (I.e. fitness to work evaluations, travel consult calls) that can be outsourced to Kelsey seabold or something in Houston, why do we have to pay for these inflated salaries? Is there an actual value I’m missing? We lay off 20% of the people that actually generate revenue but we keep these corporate functions around to work on pet projects??

Good point, but:
1, There are probably not enough positions to make a difference (Shell needs to layoff 20,000 people)
2, Shell health probably give good service to senior decision makers (Give them their Ambien or ketamine, and they are one making the decisions)
